How to List Your Home on Zillow

There are a few ways to list your home on Zillow:

  1. If you are a homeowner, you can claim your home on Zillow and update the listing yourself. To claim your home, search for it on Zillow and click on the "Is this your home?" link. From there, you will be prompted to verify your identity and ownership of the property. Once your ownership has been verified, you can update the listing with photos, descriptions, and other details about your home.

  2. If you are a real estate agent, you can list your client's home on Zillow as part of your marketing efforts. To do this, you will need to create a free Zillow Premier Agent account and follow the prompts to add a new listing.

  3. If you are using a different platform to sell your home, such as a for sale by owner website, you can still list your home on Zillow. Just follow the prompts to add a new for sale by owner listing.

Regardless of which method you choose, it's important to make sure that your listing is accurate and includes high-quality photos of your home. This will help attract potential buyers and increase the chances of selling your home.
